CASE STUDY: Multi-Room Interior Painting with Attention to Detail — Nashville Area Home
Price Range : $8,000-$13,000
Overview:
This project represented one of the more comprehensive interior refreshes we've handled — a multi-room Nashville area home requiring painting throughout, including the master bathroom in Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter, Alabaster across additional spaces, and exterior door work requiring proper exterior-grade products. The customer expected clean results and careful communication. Both were delivered.

Challenge:
Projects of this scale carry compounding finish risk. More rooms means more surfaces where small inconsistencies can accumulate into a disappointing walkthrough experience. This project also included exterior doors — a detail requiring a different product family than the interior paint being used throughout. Getting the product selection right before starting was non-negotiable. Additionally, the project required multiple days and multiple crew members, meaning coordination and detail-tracking had to be handled intentionally rather than reactively.
Approach:
We staged the project room by room, prioritizing a thorough preparation phase before any finish coat was applied. Surfaces were cleaned, repaired where needed, and spot-primed ahead of finish painting. SW Alabaster was applied across the majority of the interior spaces. Exterior doors were treated with exterior-grade paint appropriate for weather exposure and daily use. Hardware was removed and reinstalled cleanly. Throughout the project, open communication was maintained with the homeowner, including flagging any items that needed a return visit or adjustment before final sign-off.

Outcome:
The project closed with a full walkthrough alongside the homeowner. Every flagged item was addressed before calling it complete. The customer confirmed the work looked great and that all details had been handled to their satisfaction. The multi-room finish was cohesive, with consistent color application and clean trim work throughout.
